Instructions:
You need to have the changes file at the same folder as
the exe file
movei works without the change files but I expect the
changes file to
help to make it stronger
instructions for 438 about book and tablebases are the
same as 403
known bugs:
1)This Movei may report wrong mate scores because it
does not update mate scores correctly
2)there may be problem with reading fens and this movei
like version 403 does not read
correctly positions from normal chess with castling
right when there is king at e8 and
rooks at g8 and h8 because it assume wrongly that the
rook at g8 can castle and not
the rook at h8.
